999 Taka Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms & Introduction

999 Taka (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply to all use of 999 Taka's services.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 999 Taka. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 999 Taka, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. We may request a national ID or other documentation to verify your age.
• Single Account: Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity carried out by someone else using your account is your responsibility.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

999 Taka accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all payment transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Payment processing typically takes 5–15 minutes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC Required: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Contact support for current limits.
• Fraudulent Transactions: 999 Taka reserves the right to hold or cancel payments in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

999 Taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that apply alongside the general terms:

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus, one use: Each bonus offer can only be used once per user. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times from the same household, device, or IP address may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus Changes: 999 Taka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activities on 999 Taka:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 999 Taka acknowledges a verified error.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded, subject to specific conditions.
• Live Betting: Live Betting may be suspended due to technical issues. 999 Taka will not be held liable in such cases.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit may apply to a single bet or event.
• Erroneous Odds: 999 Taka reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were published due to an obvious error.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 Taka:

• Match fixing or any form of fraud
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Using or selling another person's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or intimidating other users
• Attempting to pass KYC using false information

7 Account Closure & Suspension

999 Taka may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If Evidence of Terms Violation Is Found
• If KYC verification is not completed
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months)
• When a security risk is identified
• At the user's own request

A maintenance fee may be deducted monthly from inactive accounts. To close your account yourself, please contact support.

8 Responsible Betting

999 Taka is committed to responsible gaming. The safety and wellbeing of our users is our top priority.

• Voluntary Break: You can suspend your account at any time for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Permanent Ban: If you feel you may have a betting addiction, you can request permanent account closure at any time.
• Age Verification: Strict age verification measures are in place to protect minors.
